Job Title - Corporate Sales Manager
Industry - Vehicle Hire / Leasing / Corporate Logistics
Location - North West
Salary - Uncapped £75,000 OTE + Car + benefits
The Role
Reporting directly to the National Sales Director, this exciting sales role will offer a new business focus into the corporate marketplace. You will also receive a small book of established corporate accounts to manage, grow, and develop strong ties with. You will also be charged with developing new corporate accounts that would typically spend in excess of £150,000 per year on their corporate vehicle hire. While there will be cold calling as with all new business, you will be targeted on setting up to 12 new corporate appointments a week in your assigned territory. The Corporate Sales Manager will be pitching to a variety of decision makers including HR, Procurement Managers, and Travel Managers. To begin with you will have an annual revenue target in the region of £500,000.
The Candidate
The ideal Corporate Sales Manager must have experience in winning new business and managing existing accounts in the Corporate sector. Regarding industry experience, this is fairly open. It would be beneficial to have experience in the corporate vehicle hire market or something similar (logistics, telematics, fleet etc) and these type of candidates will take precedence over others. However, we would consider other markets - the most important thing is being able to show a strong work ethic, right sales attitude, be hungry for success, and be able to work autonomously in the respective region (North West).
The Package
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, and initial indication is a base salary for this Corporate Sales Manager will be between £30,000-£55,000, with uncapped £75,000 OTE, plus company car (BMW 3 series, or Mercedes C-Class) and excellent benefits (private healthcare, pension, mobile phone, laptop).
