The Role
The Business Development Manager Role for this company that specialises in Engineering Software and Computer Aided Design, would involve on a daily basis generating new business, via business methods such as cold calling into the engineering and construction sectors in order to grow the client base. In terms of the client facing side of producing new business for the Engineering Software and Computer Aided Design company it will entail meeting with senior level decision makers within the corporate markets. You will be fully trained into the roll, in order to attain the knowledge and carry out the business development manager role in the Engineering Software/Computer Aided Design to the same high standards that are set throughout the company. With this role being very target driven when selling to the corporate industries, this then comes with a well-structured and highly beneficial commission plan.

The Candidate
The correct Business Development Manager would have had experience In the Engineering Software or Computer Aided Design in some format, or selling products or services to architects or within them types of industries.
The Business Development Manager would also to be able to cope as well as thrive in a target driven industry and also be a team player in the already fantastic workforce that the company attain.

The Package
The package on offer to the Business Development Manager is a basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000, that also includes an uncapped commission structure. This Package also includes a company car the fulfil the roll, plus also a great pension scheme as well as health care on offer as well.
