Skills/Requirements for the Remedy Specialist:
* Extensive BMC Remedy experience
* Ability to support development and documentation of Remedy
* Requirement Gathering and workshop creation when needed
* Creation of technical documents based in business requirements
Start date is ASAP
The Remedy Specialist will be responsible for the creation of documentation, ensuring all the user requirements are met in a adequate timescale and also developing a wider understanding for the businesses application portfolio.
