I am currently seeking a freelance Site Manager to work with a UK Contractor on a Commercial Refurbishment project in West London.
Within this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Management of trades on site
- Management of work on site ensuring H&S standards are meet and work is delivered.
- Site Paperwork including 6 weeks look ahead schedule
The Ideal candidate would have as follows:
- Previous experience working as a Site Manager, Section Manager or Site Supervisor ready to take a step up
- BSc, HNC, HND or vocational equivalent within Construction or related discipline
- CSCS Card, SMSTS & First Aid
- Couple of references
