Area Sales Manager - Building Materials - Kent & Essex
£38000-£40000 salary plus car & bonus
Randstad are delighted to be working with one of the world's foremost construction and building organisations. They are currently recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to cover the Kent and Essex region.
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the commercial sales management of project activity within the region.
- Increase customer knowledge / awareness of through visits to distributors, merchants, house builders, contractors and other key decision makers; training; presentations; and, supporting marketing initiatives.
- Maintain regular contact and develop close working relationships with key personnel of existing and potential customers as well as key internal and external stakeholders
- Identify new opportunities for sales.
Experience & Skills:
- Previous experience within a commercial sales role
- Understanding and knowledge of the building industry, in particular Insulation.
- Ability to forge and manage key relationships
- Full driving licence
