I am currently seeking a freelance Civils Site Manager for work on a Commercial project in West London including drainage, kerbing & street works.
Within this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
- Management of trades on site & direct labour
- Site paperwork
- Management of work on site ensuring H&S standards are meet and work is delivered.
The Ideal candidate would have as follows:
- Previous experience working as a Site Manager, Section Manager or Site Supervisor ready to take a step up
- NRASW, road works, street works or 278 experience
- BSc, HNC, HND or vocational equivalent within Construction or related discipline
- CSCS Card, SMSTS & First Aid
- Couple of references
