Customer Service Team Leader - Redhill

Search Consultancy is currently representing a client in Redhill for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader working within a leading Automotive Engineering Company.

We are seeking someone with previous proven experience in leading, motivating and inspiring a team by delivering world class efficient customer service, to ensure that SLA's are met or exceed that can deliver the overall business objective.

The role includes the following:

* Managing the day to day running's of the call centre
* Effective planning and implementation of the call centre strategies and operations
* Meeting or exceeding internal and external customers service level agreements for claims loading, conversion and logistics
* Coaching the Team to promote best practice across all departments
* Promote control of the team operational and external customers costs to maintain and increase profitability
* Continuously reviewing quality and customer service standards through process monitoring and reviewing
* Ensuring industry standards are being adhered to within the sales department
* Liaising with HR on recruitment and staff reviews
* Implementing and managing agents bonus, reward and incentive schemes
* Day to day basis adhering to FCA regulations


You will need the following skills and experience

* Exceptional customer service skills
* Self-motivated, ambitious and determined
* Excellent communication, empathy and negotiation skills
* Analytical, confident working with management information
* The ability to lead, motivate and coach a team
* Consistently high level or organisational skills
* Successfully leading, developing and growing a call centre
* Proven track record within an outbound call centre - ideally Insurance Industry
