12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Our client, an international manufacturing business based between Leeds and Bradford are seeking an administrator to support the Stores Area of the factory.

You will undertake extensive administrative support, including but not limited to:

* Receiving and booking in goods
* Ensuring invoices and paperwork are accurate
* Maintaining all H&S practices in the store areas
* Planning intake from suppliers and managing stock levels
* General Filing / Scanning / Documentation management
* Attending to Equipment failures / Service Contracts or Call outs
* Liaising with clients regarding buy backs of over stock
* Closing contracts on the system
* Managing Stock Transfers
* Main point of contact for daily priorities for Assembly line

This is an extremely busy and varied role within a fast paced manufacturing department. Detailed training will be provided but you will need to have excellent organisational skills, be familiar with PC Office Software and have strong attention to detail
