Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Permanent)

Assistant Quantity Surveyor opportunity.

We have an exciting new opportunity with a highly successful independent construction consultancy based in offices in the Birmingham / black country area. This is a small firm, but they certainly punch above their weight and have an outstanding client base which includes developers, investment firms and asset management firms, end users and others. Many of these are very long standing relationships and the firm also continues to grow and win new business.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years experience in Quantity Surveying already and be looking for an opportunity to gain more ownership and broader experience. Alongside the technical skills you have acquired so far as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor our client is very interested in your focus on service delivery and on good client facing skills as this role will from the outset be very outwards facing.

There is a very real opportunity here for the right individual to grow beyond this initial role as the firm moves forward with prospects right up to Director level. This is a niche business, but a very successful one, and offers an outstanding career move to the right individual with the right experience, talent and drive to succeed.
