I have an opportunity for a Product Support Engineer to work for a leading global company providing measurement systems for high value offshore marine markets. The Role-

You will be acting as a customer support for clients both in Leicester and abroad. You will be troubleshooting, repairing, upgrade and maintaining of their products from a hardware and software perspective. This will be done both in their workshop and at customer sites including on offshore vessels. Part of your role will also be to help business development and engineering teams with bringing new products to market. This will include installation of equipment and offshore trials!
What skill set do you need?

*Educated in electronic / mechatronic systems
*Minimum of 3 years hand on experience in electronics / mechatronics trouble shooting and repairs role
*Dealing with international customers in an engineering or manufacturing repairs company
*Computer literate with capability to use Microsoft Office and Windows Software tools.
*Experience of overseas travel
