Chief Pilot (A320) (Permanent)

CAE Parc Aviation are accepting applications for the role of Chief Pilot for our client based in Eastern Europe.

Chief Pilot

* Managing and coordinating operations of aircraft ensuring safety and cost effectiveness;
* Preparing airport briefings and other relevant materials for route/aerodrome qualification;
* Maintaining the aircraft operating manual, OM-B, route performance manual OM-C and Operational Data Supplement;
* Monitoring pilots' route/aerodrome qualification;
* Monitoring flight crew performance and ensuring that it is in compliance with the company's standards and regulations;
* Monitoring the assigned budget and managing direct subordinates;
* Monitoring the company's procedures and ensuring compliance with legislation;
* Assessing pilots' competencies during selection processes.
* Liaising with the CAA and other operationally relevant external entities on all matters regarding Airlines operating procedures;

Requirements

* Have a valid EASA-ATPL with A320 rating;
* Have a strong sense of responsibility and very good organizational skills;
* Be fluent in written and spoken English;
