Sales Engineer with territory management North UK (Permanent)

Right now a small and fast growing company is looking to hire a sales engineer to cover of the whole of the North UK region. You will have the chance to join a company, and a team, who sells the highest of quality products. You are not looking at some home built compass, no. This company sells, to name a few, "Atomic Force Microscopes", "Tribometers" and "Scratch Tester". This finally gives you the opportunity, to meet up with clients and be proud of what you are selling. Of course, they will provide you with the training required for the products.

They are requiring you to have some background knowledge, the few things you should have knowledge in are:
* Sales of capital equipment
* Technical understanding
* Communication with laboratory managers, PhD level scientist and technicians

Key Skills
We are looking for you who hold a degree in physical science, material science, physics or related discipline. You have 2-3 years of sales experience in selling of analytical instruments and have strong communication and negotiating skills. You will bring with you your availability to travel through the UK and occasionally overseas for training and business meetings. Otherwise you are a business thinking sales person who likes to hunt for new clients and loves to sell.
