A forward-moving Digital Health company based in Oxford are on the hunt for a HR Manager to come on board and enhance best practice to enhance their business. If you have experience as a HR Manager or HR Assistant within a Medical Device, pharmaceutical or scientific environment, this could be a great role for you.

Responsibilities:

*Enhance and embed best in class medical device regulatory practices that support our business
*Ensure a continuous improvement/innovation culture balanced with 'fit for purpose' process. Assist in organisational 'best practice' sharing and communication.
*Ensuring staff compliance with Company HR policies and procedures.
*Manage updates and ensure relevance of Employee Handbook in line with changes in legislation, regulations, standards and guidance germane to DTE's operations in alignment with GxP best practices.
*Proactively assisting with recruitment
*information exchange into other company systems
*Assist with the performance management, training and talent identification process.
*Handling day-to-day routine queries from staff regarding employment and company policies - e.g. flexible working, maternity, etc.
*Assist in the preparation of HR related documentation on behalf of Line Managers and Exec Team.
*Assist with monthly HR reporting to senior management.

Requirements:

*Previous experience within a HR role, ideally 2-3 years as a HR manager
*Experience within a medical, pharmaceutical, or scientific devices company
*Experience implementing ISO standards across the business
*Experience in assisting in recruitment processes

Location: Central Oxford

Salary: Up to £45,000
