My client is one of the world's leading Insurance firms, who also provide reinsurance and employee benefits related advice, as well as brokerage and associated services. They are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their highly successful pension's team in Leatherhead.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
* Proactively communicate with customer through inbound and outbound calls
* Ensure customer's enquiries are resolved to a high level of satisfaction
* Work as part of a team to contribute to a culture of a "great place to work".
* Ensure proper use of the companies systems and processes
* You need to have exceptional customer service experience; previous pension experience is beneficial although not essential.
