Great opportunity to join a market leading payroll software company that have an innovative offering based around a SaaS model that also has the ability to run global payrolls. As part of their continued success and growth strategy this award winning market leader
is looking to add 2 BDM's / new business sales professionals to join their team selling their range of payroll solutions to a diverse customer base both in the UK and internationally. Working closely with the head of sales you will be responsible for mapping out your primary target clients of both end users and also payroll providers who could utilise the solution to offer services to the clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle and also the resources available to you to ensure the sale in successful such as the pre-sales team.
You will need to have a demonstrable track record of success of selling complex software solutions for a sustained period of time as a business development manager. Any exposure to HR or payroll software or other area's of financial management software would be highly advantageous. It would also be advantageous if you have language skills in particular French, German of Spanish as you would also then be given a territory in the area where you can utilise your language skills.
On offer is a base salary of between £40,000-£50,000 with a car allowance, pension, healthcare and an ote of between £70,000-£80,000 which is uncapped.
