R&D Manager - PM - Make Up - FRANCE (Permanent)

A prestigious French Company within the cosmetics industry is currently looking for their new R&D Manager.

Missions:

• Be in charge and lead projects from trial step to industrial production (manufacturing, pilots, injections...),
• Be in charge of a team of technicians and engineneer in your department,
• Develop the methods and strategies in order to lead the various projects succesfully,
• Modify and change the formulas when necessary and prepare the tests reports,
• Communicate and build the relationship with the clients.

Votre Profil:

• Engineer background + experience in process engineering, production and formulation,
• Significant experience in cosmetics industry (preferably, make up - powders),
• Be invested and adapt easily to change,
• Speak French and English (or at least be willing to learn).
