This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the worlds leading provider of employment and health programmes on site for a 3 months contract. They are currently experiencing high demand for their services and require recruitment coordinator to assist them with a range of administrative duties on-site in Tower Hill.

They are offering pay rate of £10 to £12 per hour depending on experience.

Duties include but are not restricted to:
-Preparing job adverts and advertising vacancies on internal/external websites and various job boards.
-Liaising with Recruitment Business Partners, Hiring Managers and candidates to co-ordinate interviews. This includes ensuring interviews are booked within availability, booking interview rooms, providing candidates with a detailed brief of their interview, including interview preparation tasks and managing diaries to ensure interviews take place.
-Completing New Candidate Request Forms to notify the compliance team of specific checks to be carried out for the purpose of on-boarding successful candidates.
-Conducting conference calls with the offsite compliance team to ensure all checks are carried out and right to work documents are obtained prior to candidates commencing employment.
-Processing contractor extensions.
-Creating and maintaining compliance and interview trackers.
-Manage ad hoc queries from Hiring Managers, contractors and Agencies.
-Activating timesheets.
-Updating Applicant Tracking System.
