4 day + Home-based Flexibility - Qualified Social Worker - Perm

NonStop's client, based in the Tees Valley region North East of England, is looking for Fully Qualified Social Workers to join their Assessment & Child Protection Team.

Your Role:

This is a full time permanent opportunity offering up to £34,000, depending on experience, in a local authority with a great level of staff retention so you'll be around a stable team with excellent managerial support to help you carry out you role to the highest standard and provide a life changing service for children in need in the area.

Unique to this role is that the Local Authority are also offering offering flexible working hours (leave early finish early etc) or even offer 4 day weeks as well as the flexibility to work from home on occasion as you will have a work phone and Laptop allowing you to work from which ever location. You will be based not to far from the coast in a beautiful location with great areas to explore and relax by after work.

Your caseload will be a mixed caseload of between 20-25 cases with a 8 week rolling duty offering you enough time to cover you cases without feeling under pressure. Your caseloads will vary between the following:

• Initial Assesments
• Child protection
• Court Work
• Children in Need
• Looked After Children

Requirements:

• Qualified Social Worker with relevant Degree
• Post qualification in the UK experience
• Court Work experience
• HCPC registration
• Full Clean driving license

Those with extensive experience may also be considered for a more senior role, meaning instant progression and a higher income.
