Salary: Up to £40,000 Plus Quarterly and Annual Bonuses, Company Car, 27 days holiday, Private Health Care and +6% Contributory Pension

Acorn Recruitment is looking for enthusiastic, success driven Financial Services Business Development Manager to join a major international bank offering Sharia Compliant Financial Products. The bank has identified Wales as a strategic location and is opening offices in Cardiff.

The Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Mortgage Sales Manager is an important strategic first hire in Wales and the role will grow with them.
The bank offers Sharia Compliant Halal Mortgages and Savings to primarily the Muslim market.

Purpose of the role:

* Drive the sales of financial products to grow the Welsh region
* Establish Broker relationships for high quality referrals
* Deliver 121 mortgage advice and conversion to sales to consumers directly
* Comply with both FSA and Sharia regulations
* Promote the bank brand to the local community and across the region
* Establish the Bank as the go to Financial Services Provider for Sharia Compliant Mortgages

The successful candidate will need:

* Strong demonstrable Sales Skills
* Experience within the Financial Industry
* Strong communication skills
* Possess sound judgment and decision making skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Be able to deliver excellent and highly professional customer service, to demonstrate the customers what our client can do for them
* Desirable to speak a second language (Hindu, Arabic, Pakistani, Urdu, Bengali)
* Strong link to local community
