Mortgage QA and T&C Supervisor (Permanent)

Successful Financial Services company in Blackpool currently have an excellent opportunity within the Second Charge Mortgage Department for a Mortgage QA and Training and Competence Supervisor.

The main responsibilities of the role include:

Undertake telephone based compliance and supervision coaching with advisors in in line with firms compliance and T&C framework.

Undertake File reviews prior to completion in line with Policy, Procedures and T&C framework

Full ownership for the departments T&C scheme and ensuring adherence to this.

Identify and provide updates to the line managers on individuals training needs along with adherence to policy and Procedures

Design and deliver training and development programmes across the department

Record and report monthly MI reflecting T&C activity

Undertake any further duties as required

Hours

25 hours per week. The office opening hours are 9-7pm therefore some flexibility may be required

Role Requirements

Essential

CeMap 1, 2 and 3 or equivalent

A minimum 2 years experience in the First Mortgage Industry

Previous Experience of training and/or coaching a team and individuals

Ability to build good working relationships

Attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Confident and assertive manner, able to overcome objections

Demonstrate a team player approach

Flexible and able to adapt to changes
