Salary: £45,000 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week, 5 days per week: Mon - Fri 9.00a.m. - 5.00 p.m.

Additional benefits: 28 days' holiday per annum plus statutory bank holidays and auto enrolment into the Association's Final Salary Pension Contribution Scheme.

The organisation is a charitable Housing Association seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Finance Manager, based in Kenley, to provide all aspects of financial support to ensure the financial stability of a diverse business.

This position of Senior Finance Manager will join a small, hand's on Senior Management Team, taking responsibility for providing expert financial insight into the Association's operational and strategic deliberations to enable effective treasury management and sound business planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating the Finance Team
• Financial accounting and reporting at all levels
• Treasury Management, regulatory compliance and reporting
• Driving improvement to increase efficiency and service delivery

Key Skills and Experience:

• Fully Qualified Accountant
• Production of annual financial statements and liaising with external auditors
• Proven experience in implementing and monitoring financial controls
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office packages
• First rate verbal and written communication skills
• Hands on approach and able to problem solve with a keen eye for detail
• Experience in Line Management
• Experience within the housing sector may be an advantage but not essential
