An excellent opportunity has become available for a Customer Support Executive to join the team in Middlebrook. Your role will be to provide a comprehensive commercial support service for Commercial Operations, and wholesale customer supply chain to ensure the effective day to day management of AG Barr products, deliveries and customer service.

Customer Support Executive Responsibilities...

The successful individual will work as part of the Commercial Support Team which ensures that wholesale customer orders comply with agreed trading terms and promotion plans for individual customers and to resolve any issues that arise from receipt of orders until order processing is complete.

Principal accountabilities of the role include liaising with Demand Planning and Logistics to ensure customer delivery requirements can be met, manage the stock cycle and manage discrepancies from order process through to distribution.

The ideal individual will have the ability to challenge Sales Teams on requests that are outside the guidelines, have a flexible approach and initiative to resolve queries and be a team player with analytical skills and thorough knowledge of great customer service.
