Insights and Forecasting Director-Pharmaceuticals-GER

NonStop`s client is one of the leaders within the Pharmaceutical Industry and are currently recruited for a newly opened position within their Commercial HQ team working with their Brand teams.

The company offers the opportunity to work with one of the best known and innovative products worldwide. You will be working closely with the Head of Global Commercial Operations and will be taking on a highly strategic and global role with no direct reports.

You will be the first point of contact insights and analytics across all whole portfolio of the company. Your focus is on defining review processes and implementing it across the division; leading the long term planning part for 10-15 years ahead; leading the markets to ensure the company has a robust commercial forecast supporting the portfolio strategies.

This means that you have both commercial and analytical skills and are able to think commercially in the contexts of scientific and analytical data that Market research department has provided.
Personality wise, we are looking for specialists that are proactive and bring entrepreneurial spirit.

Experience wide we are looking for:

* Minimum of 5 years in the Pharmaceutical industry
* Scientific background
* Good analytical skills - Finance/ Economics experience, need expertise with numbers
* Commercial acumen - previous experience in marketing, sales, supply chain
* 3 years minimum on a similar role in Strategic Marketing/ Insights/Market intelligence/ Forecasting and planning or Portfolio Management
* Knowledge of Sales Effectiveness, P&L, investments planning and Business case preparation
* International experience is key

The role is base in the company`s Headquarters in Germany
