Project Manager - Refurbishments / Fitout (Permanent)

We looking for a Project Manager on behalf of an independent firm of chartered surveyors based in Birmingham city centre. This firm prides itself on it's approach offering a personal yet highly professional range of specialist services to owner-occupiers, tenants, investors and developers of commercial real estate across the UK. Their consultants are highly results-driven and focused on service delivery with this ranging from project services through to cost consultancy and dilapidations.

This firm enjoys a high degree of repeat business and is particularly busy with a number of key clients in the hotel, leisure, and restaurant sectors with ongoing programmes of refurbishment and fitout schemes. We are looking for a project manager to deliver a busy programme of smaller refurb works working with some big brands in these sectors. We are happy to consider a wide range of backgrounds within Construction and Property providing you can demonstrate a strong track record in delivering a busy programme of fitout / refurbishment works and are comfortable delivering these on time and on budget to a demanding client.
