Quantity Surveyor (Permanent)

We're looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award winning independent construction consultancy based in North Staffordshire. This firm works with a number of developers and many of their projects are design and build so this role would be a mix of Quantity Surveying and Employer's Agent duties. The successful candidate will be working within a team delivering one of a number of large and high profile developments such as a £40m office block, a very large residential development incorporating community facilities and a £200m development based in London. They also work on a number of smaller Residential and Industrial / Commercial developments.
