Due to continuing growth we are now seeking a Customer Service /Database Administrator for our dealership in Aylesbury.

What will I be responsible for?

Joining our team as a Customer Service / Database Administrator, you will take responsibility for ensuring that Perrys adhere to manufacturer standards. Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Dealing with queries from manufacturers
  • Liaising closely with dealerships to establish where issues have arisen and resolving these as quickly as possible
  • Database cleansing
  • Reviewing processes and suggesting improvements
  • Using external systems to send large quantities of correspondence to our marketing database
  • Extensive use of Excel to manipulate Data for reporting and marketing purposes
  • Use Kerridge to pull specific customer information from the database
  • Assist on a daily basis with filing, photocopying and scanning
  • Answer the telephone and take messages in a professional manner
  • Manage the filing system ensuring all paperwork is filed correctly and easily accessible.
  • Comply with Company Health and Safety policy

Who are we looking for?

As our ideal Customer Service / Database Administrator, you will have proven experience of providing high standards of customer service. Administrative experience within the automotive industry would also be highly beneficial. You will also require:

  • Accurate typing skills
  • Experience with Kerridge would be a distinct advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • General office skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
