I am a Specialist Recruiter working within the Residential Care market in the UK. An opportunity has opened up for a Deputy Team Manager within a specialist Brain Injury Site in London. After great success they have extended their facility in 2018 and so have promoted their previous manager. My Client provides residential care service focusing on rehabilitation to help improve the lives of individuals through professional care for people aged 18-65 who suffer from addictive and cognitive impairment leading to brain injury. If you have experience in this field or a similar area that would be advantageous, however they are more than happy to provide development training to help you become a specialist and support you through the process as long as you have experience in a managerial role as either Deputy Manager or Registered manager within adult services. They are on the lookout for a highly motivated individual with a strong character to help lead a team of upto 20 people.

They are looking to interview and appoint immediately, which means you can start a new role as soon as possible.
