Customer Service Executive (Temporary)

I have an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join a growing fitness training company in Birmingham City Centre!

Role details:

• Monday to Friday 09:30am to 17:30pm
• Temporary to permanent opportunity
• £18,000 salary
• On-site parking available
• Interviews taking place this week
• City centre location

The Role:

• Receiving queries via telephone and email
• Setting up new customer accounts including payment plans
• Using initiative to resolve query in the first instance
• Managing and maintaining the customer database
• Updating customer payment records
• Contacting customers regarding late payments
• Supporting the team with administration
• Creating reports using Excel
• Complaint handling

The Person:

• Confident telephone manner
• 3 years minimum customer service administration experience required
• Intermediate to advanced Excel - experience of pivot tables, v-lookups etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organised
• Accurate with meticulous attention to detail
• Available immediately
