Reporting to the Base Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the management of Engineering support of Paint Inputs at East Midlands Airport. Other responsibilities will include, Managing a team of Engineers/Mechanics to ensure 'On-Time Performance' and delivery levels are accomplished in a timely manner.

• Hours: 07:00-15:00 | 09:00-17:00 | 40hrs / week

Requirements:

• EASA Part 66 B1/ C License, with a combination of the following B737, A320 family, Embraer 170/190 and ATR. Additional training will be offered.
• Demonstrable Supervisory experience
• Is highly organised, with the ability to prioritise in a busy working environment
• Is commercially aware, with a customer service focus and a strong relationship builder
• Leadership skills with Change Management experience
• Proven ability to provide effective resource management
• Has excellent communication skills, both orally and written
• Has a commitment to follow through with Health & Safety regulations
