Acorn Recruitment is looking for a Sales Administrator to work at one of our large contracts in Deeside.

The contract is for a 12 month maternity cover.

The job role is as follows:

  • Provide Administration support for all 'bought in' products, be point of contact with suppliers, securing lead times / delivery dates to meet customer needs.
  • Working in conjunction with the Sales order administrators, ensuring the administration of purchase orders for bought in goods are entered in-line with suppliers pricing agreement and delivery date.
  • Proactive checking of order acknowledgements, purchase orders, invoices and direct shipments.
  • Develop effective day-to-day relationships with critical suppliers, in order to influence a proactive and service excellence driven supply chain.
  • Entering customer Stratascreen orders onto the businesses order processing system, (STRATIX), processing order amendments and liaising with our customers.
  • Enter, amend and cancel Stratascreen requisition orders using the businesses PO system (SAP). On receipt, check supplier acknowledgements, GRN and take any action required to ensure that suppliers are paid to terms by balancing invoices against purchase orders.
  • Ensure critical goods are procured in line with technical specifications.
  • Any additional administrative tasks required by the organisation.

Hours of work are: 37.5 per week - Monday - Friday.
