I am currently working with a Family run Independent Fostering Provider in the West-Midlands as they seek to expand their talent pool in the coming months.
The Provider in question currently practices as a first-tier supplier to surrounding Local Authorities in regards to helping them seek and provide care to vulnerable Looked-After-Children.
They have a policy in place that caps the amount of carers each office provides support to throughout the country at a level of 25 carers; this ensures that every Social Worker is able to manage their caseload effectively whilst every Carer and child feels supported in placement.

- A condensed caseload of approximately 10 cases per Social Worker, allowing you to manage your time effectively and ensure you have appropriate time to manage your work alongside your life.
