Graduate Building Surveyor (Permanent)
We are looking for a Graduate Building Surveyor on behalf of a national Commercial Property Consultancy, to be based in their Birmingham city centre offices.
This firm prides itself on knowing the markets they operate in and their network of offices across the UK helps them provide a knowledgeable, local service to their clients. They consistently out-perform against their competition. Within the Building Consultancy service line they are involved throughout the entire property life cycle and offer practical advice tailored to their clients priorities in both professional surveying and project management. Technically, this firm sets the bar.
You will be completing a RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying, or have recently graduated and perhaps already have experience as a Graduate Building Surveyor under your belt. This will be a client facing role so strong communication skills are also important and you will also be required to be able to keep on top of a varied workload and work as part of a professional team. You will be working closely with a number of highly experienced, chartered Building Surveyors who are able to offer an outstanding structured training programme through to APC level and beyond.
