Office Administrator (Part Time)

If you have answered YES to these questions, you could become our new Office Administrator, here at Countrywide Grounds Maintenance in Walsall. This is a part time position.
What will I be responsible for?
Joining our team as an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining and developing efficient operational systems to ensure the smooth running of the office in accordance with established practices. Daily tasks will include:
- Updating and maintaining all paperwork relating to operational standards in accordance to the ISO systems
- Liasing with the contracts manager and/or regional manager in regards to producing documentation for new and renewing clients as well as formulating quotes for additional works
- Preparing work schedules
- Dealing with all enquiries by way of email, post and telephone and maintaining diaries
- Updating client databases
- Updating our social media sites
- Inputting supplier invoices in to Sage50 accounts
Performance Development
Here at Countrywide Grounds Maintenance, we are dedicated to your development. With this in mind we will provide the successful Office Administrator with training on new software, annual staff appraisal and pay reviews.
Hours
- 6-16 hours per week over 1-2 days, flexible days, flexible hours!
- These hours can be flexible to suit candidate’s needs, although must be available around end of month to assist with reporting
- Possibility of extra hours or job share as the business grows
