Are you prepared to roll your sleeves up and take it by the scruff of the neck?

We are looking for a highly professional self-driven Senior Business Development Consultant to help win new business with top tier multinational corporates and drive the organisation forward with speed and energy. This role is all about working as a key member of the Business Development team to drive the digital pursuit strategy. Your aim will be winning significant new business with top tier corporate clients with the longevity to provide business over a minimum of 3-4 years.

  • Do you have extensive sales experience?
  • Are you Results and Outcome focused?
  • Do you have previous senior sales consulting experience within the Learning & Development, OD, Talent and HR arenas?

The successful Senior Business Development Consultant will have proven experience working in sales / business development arena with large multinational corporate clients. You will have experience working in Corporate Development, Leadership Development, HRD, Learning & Talent Development fields. You must have expertise in selling “live’ programmes as well as “blended learning’ options.
