CDS Electrical Fitter (Contract)

CDS Electrical Fitters

Assemble and test a range of electronic controllers and recording systems to aerospace standards.
Fault find of analogue and digital components using multi meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies and Automatic Test Equipment (ATE), rework and repair to component level.
Ability to soft solder to J Std. (Desirable)

Computer literate
The applicant will have served a recognised indentured electronics apprenticeship or equivalent.
Electronic assembly/test and fault finding experience/ability is essential.
Qualifications to ONC/HNC level would be an advantage.
Aerospace assembly experience would be an advantage.

All successful candidates will need to apply for a Disclosure Scotland Criminal Recorded Check before starting on site and the application reference number provided to the Program Office, the Criminal Record Certificate must be provided to the supplier within 28 days of their start date and forward to the Program Office, failure to do this will see the candidate removed from site.

All successful candidates will have to undergo drug screening before they start, and provide a negative result.
