The Role:
In this recruitment consultant position you will learn the full 360 degrees of the recruitment world from a team of professionals with over 40 years experience in the sales recruitment arena. You will be managing the complete cycle from cradle to grave including prospecting for new clients, managing your own customer base, resourcing and headhunting for top sales talent and managing a network of candidates.

The Candidate:
Due to recent success this international sales recruitment specialist is expanding and looking to reinvest into its business by recruiting new members. As such it is looking to hire a recent grad with the the necessary competencies and skills to carve out a career in recruitment... or an experienced internal sales executive from a high activity sales background. You will be hard-working, tenacious, self-motivated, commercially astute, street-smart and proactive by nature and extremely resilient.

The Package:

We expect year one earnings to be in the region of £40,000 with even more into year 2.
