The Role
The Search Consultant will be based in the London office and you will be charged with both new business development, including meeting clients and presenting, and project delivery. You will targeting Director, Executive and C-Level decision makers in a multitude of industry sectors, pitching for retained projects on +£50k vacancies, securing fees to the value of +£25k.

The Candidate
The Search Consultant must be a graduate calibre individual and will have a minimum of 2 years Executive Search experience, both pitching for retained projects and fulfilling Executive & Director Level Search & Selection assignments. You will be a new business development focussed sales personal, who operates in a professional and consultative manner. You must be polished, articulate, outgoing, confident who is eager to learn and grow as an individual.

The Package
The Search Consultant will be rewarded with a basic salary up to £55,000, negotiable based on previous experience, with a generous, uncapped commission structure bringing OTE to around £80,000. Benefits include Pension, Healthcare, Laptop and Phone.
