Health & Safety Manager (Contract)
FINTEC recruit is seeking and Health & Safety Manager for a 16 week contract based in Edinburgh. You will require to have a construction background as this is working on a roofing / cladding project. It will be an advantage if you have had previous experience of working for example at Power stations or at Energy / Waste constructions. The hours of work is Monday to Friday 7 am. to 5 p.m. with alternatie Saturday working. Rate is negotiable by experience.
Responsibilities of the H&S role:
- Attend weekly site meeting
- Daily site walk round including roofs
- Accident / Incident reporting
- Reviewing RAMS
- Conducting relevant weekly toolbox talks
Skills and experience required:
- Possess a current NEBOSH qualification
- Have at least 2 years experience working at height regulations
- Health and safety experience in a construction or power/waste construction / build experience.
