Customer Service Operatives (Temporary)
French / Italian or English Speaking Customer Service Operatives needed in Newton Abbot at a Global company.
Excellent opportunity to work for a Global company within the Customer Service department via Acorn Recruitment.
Job role:
- Handling incoming calls from the public regarding a wide range of topics.
- Logging / searching for information on multiple databases whilst talking to the customer.
- Potentially speaking to unhappy customers, or customers with complex queries.
- Working as a team and to targets, both individual and team oriented.
- Handing incoming email enquiries.
- Helping customers to a very high standard.
- Going above and beyond to ensure the customer is satisfied.
Requirements:
- Strong customer service background with contact centre experience preferred.
- Computer literate - used to using multiple systems.
- Able to diffuse difficult customers.
- Ability to talk on the phone whilst typing / reading.
- Available immediately to be interviewed next week.
Hours:
- Full time and part time work available.
Pay:
- £7.83 per hour.
