The Client

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Operations Manager to join a large national market leading FMCG Food Company based in the North West, due to year in year growth they now looking to expand their team.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will manage and direct the team with a focus being on quality and cost, you will be coaching and developing the team and implementing strategic change. Ensuring operational daily & weekly KPI's are achieved, while co-ordinate equipment set up's for installs, ensuring the machines are set up to specification required.
