Avionic Supervisors, Avionic & Mechanical Fitters (Contract)

Morson International are looking to recruit a range of Avionic and Mechanical Fitters in addition to an Avionic Supervsor for a leading aerospace client based in Salisbury.

Job Ref: 146740 Avionic Supervisor:

Candidates must have strong leadership skills, managing small teams of avionic technicians working In a high demand environment. Must be indentured candidate or have served in the Armed Forces. Position requires strong awareness of Aircraft safety, management and awareness of military regulations.

Job Ref: 14738 Avionic Fitters:

Position requires strong avionic technicians proficient on the Chinook platform with modification activities experience that will include, but not be limited to:

Electrical harness deletions
Harness manufacture.
Harness modification
Harness installation activities
Use of PTT equipment for precision termination of harnesses
DIT-MCO testing
Functional testing of avionic systems

Working on a split shift system candidates will be required to work under minimal supervision within a small team reporting their daily status to their supervisor. Each candidate will have set pieces of work to maintain.

Job Ref: 14636 Mechanical Fitters:

Position requires mechanical trained technicians to be conversant with both structural repairs and system testing. Ideally candidates will be Chinook trained. Able to work under their own initiative and work to tight deadlines performing Chinook modifications, structural repairs and system testing. Working as part of a small team on a day shift routine candidates will be in support.
