The Role:
As the new Regional Sales Manager you will be managing and growing these leading cosmetic clinics across the Midlands. You will be coaching and inspiring a team of over 6 high achieving sales people, driving recruitment, progress and development to ensure continued revenue growth. This leading cosmetic surgery clinic has an exceptional reputation in the market place and your role is ensuring this is upheld. You will be working in a very consultative sales environment where customer care is at the forefront of everyone's agenda, whilst also having the responsibility for the sales strategy, including implementing sales KPIs, targets and incentives.

The Candidate:
To excel in this Regional Sales Manager role you MUST have a proven track record in a sales leadership position, whether that's with an internal or field sales team. Ideally, they will have been a customer centric team e.g. a clinic, a spa, retail, B2C call centres. You will have experience of recruiting, mentoring and training up successful sales candidates. You must have an interest in the health and beauty space, as this passion is essential to excel at this leading Cosmetic Surgery Clinic.

The Package:
Salary is negotiable depending on experience, however initial indications are in the region of £35,000 - £40,000. Your OTE is uncapped, but a realistic first year OTE is £60,000.
