Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit a Maintenance Planner for our Trident Park team in Cardiff.

Maintenance Planner Role:

Joining our team, the Maintenance Planner will be responsible for all aspects of planning and scheduling of maintenance activities at the Trident Park ERF Plant. You will act as a connection between the Engineering, EHS and Operations departments during the daily meetings, updating and issuing the daily worksheet.

The Maintenance Planner will constantly monitor and update of maintenance plans and schedules utilising Microsoft project, CMMS along with strong communication skills to ensure the correct resources are available in a safe and efficient working environment.

The Planner is a key role and shall ensure that the Work Management Procedure is adhered to by both all departments, this shall include monitoring and presenting of KPI data from the CMMS.

The Planner is also responsible for completing some administration tasks for the engineering department such as raising PO’s, GRN when goods are received, liaising with suppliers, taking meeting minutes and presenting KPI data.

Our ideal Maintenance Planner will have:

  • An understanding of maintenance planning and scheduling, spares materials management, asset management tools and techniques
  • Experience in a planning or scheduling role in a process industry or power plant.
  • Extensive experience working with Computerised Maintenance Management systems
  • Fully conversant with CMMS and Project planning software
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels, both verbally and written
