The roles will be predominantly based from our offices in Greenwich.
Who are we looking for?
As our ideal Contracts Manager, you will be able to demonstrate proven management experience ideally within the contracting industry. You will have strong leadership skills and ideally possess CSCS, SMSTS qualifications. You will also require:
- Product / Service Technical Knowledge
- Health & Safety IOSH or equivalent Certified
- IT Literate Word Excel, Project and PowerPoint
- Operational technical Knowledge
- Estimating / Costing / Financial Management Systems
What will I be responsible for?
Joining our team as a Contract Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance and direction to the local contract management team, ensuring that all stated objectives associated with the contract are achieved. You will also be responsible for:
- Safety, health and environment on the contract
- Ensuring full compliance with all business policies and procedures
- Ensuring the effective allocation of operational resources
- Driving best practice and continuous improvement across the contract to deliver high quality services to our Client
- Working closely with the Contract Director and Commercial Team, the Contract Manager will ensure the team maximise financial returns on all aspects of the contract.
