Are you an experienced recruiter with a strong track record in sales and business development? Or are you a currently operating in a sales performance management role? Does using your sales/recruitment experience to coach and train recruitment consultants sound up your street?

As we continue we grow, we've an opportunity for a Sales Performance Coach to join our business. Ultimately this person is responsible for 3 areas:
Getting our trainees up to speed and making placements as soon as possible (including whilst in training!)
Driving performance of consultants across the business, through coaching, training and development support.
Learning & Development across the business- our strategy to approaching L&D and successful delivery
This is a non-billing role, working with consultants on a 1:1 and group basis, providing specific individual coaching around sales and business development techniques, and group training sessions.

You'll work closely with Team and Practice Leaders to enhance consultant and team performance, observing and assessing individuals, developing and maintaining performance improvement materials, and creating individual competency and skill development action plans. The role will also involve leading ISL's in house training academy for trainee recruitment consultants.
We are moving to a model of recruiting continuously for trainees, feeding in new trainees every month. You'll be continually developing our latest trainee talent, coaching them to see success at the earliest stage possible. You'll be training them in best practice through theory sessions, but predominantly coaching them out on the floor, being a practical mentor and having a hands on approach, whether that's listening into calls, showing them your best practice sales pitch, or stepping in to help with difficult negotiations.

We would consider this role on a full time or flexible basis.

If you have a wealth of recruitment or sales management experience, and would like to diversify into a hands on, proactive coaching and training role, drawing on your sales and business development experience, this could be the ideal role!
