Grounds Maintenance Operative (Permanent)
Experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative required!

Now, with over 45 regional offices and maintaining thousands of sites, we are one of the largest grounds maintenance companies in the country.
Due to continued success and growth, we are now looking to recruit a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team in the Saffron Walden area.
Our ideal Grounds Maintenance Operative
Must have general grounds maintenance experience including spraying PA1 & PA6, strimming, grass cutting using commercial equipment, hedge cutting, etc. A full driving licence is essential.
Joining our team as a Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Work to the agreed schedule and programme to deliver the specification and work quality to our clients.
- Ensure all individual client contract maintenance frequencies are maintained as per the agreed schedule.
- Ensure you are operating within the operational standards and procedures as laid down by the company.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policy and procedures and ISO requirements.
- To perform horticultural activities as required.
- Attend regular toolbox meetings with Team Supervisor.
In return for your hard work, you will be offered a salary of up to £20,000 per annum Dependent on Experience + Overtime.
