Due to continued success and growth, we are seeking a Trainee Grounds Maintenance Operative in the Saffron Walden area for a temporary position, with a view to making it a permanent position after six months.
Our ideal Trainee Grounds Maintenance Operative
No experience will be necessary as full training will be provided. We are looking for a hard working and passionate individual. Holding a driving licence is an advantage, however is not essential.
Joining our team as a Trainee Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for:
- Work to the agreed schedule and programme to deliver the specification and work quality to our clients.
- Ensure all individual client contract maintenance frequencies are maintained as per the agreed schedule.
- Ensure you are operating within the operational standards and procedures as laid down by the company.
- Ensure adherence to Health & Safety policy and procedures and ISO requirements.
- To perform horticultural activities as required.
- Attend regular toolbox meetings with Team Supervisor.
In return for your hard work, you will be offered a salary of up to £16,000 per annum, Dependent on Experience + Overtime.
