• Do you have experience of gardening and/or commercial grounds maintenance?
• Do you know what shrubs and hedges should be cut when?
• Do you have a passion for helping people to deliver a great customer service?
• Do you possess a full UK driving license?

If you have answered YES to these questions and you are interested in working part time, approximately 16 hours a week, you could be our new secret weapon in helping to develop the next level of service delivery to our customers. We are a very successful franchise, having grown every year for the past 8 years, of Countrywide Grounds maintaining the gardens and outside spaces for a variety of customers.

• Part time work of approx. 16 hours per week. This can be flexible by arrangement for the right person e.g. 2 days a week, 1 day & 2 half days, or even 3 days one week and 1 day the next

What will you be responsible for?

Based from our depot just off J27 of the M5 at Uffculme you will take on the responsibility for visiting a range of different customer sites across Devon and Somerset with the primary focus on looking at how well we are delivering our service. You will take notes and photographs and compile a report we can use to feed back to the operational teams. The focus is to re-enforce good practice but also to identify opportunities for development to help us deliver an even better customer service.

You will also develop a working relationship with a range of customers that will both help keep our customer loyalty rate high plus seek out opportunities for additional work the customer needs to have done.
