Salary - This Player Manager position is paying up to £45,000 for the basic salary with uncapped commission bringing 1st year OTE at around £60,000. With a corporate package added on top.

The Role

As a Player Manager, you will be managing a team of up to 6 - 8 individuals who are all sales individuals. You will be leading them throughout your time as well as partaking within the sale aspect of the role itself. The sales aspect of the role will include generating your own leads via research into facilities such as LinkedIn, CRM system and warm calling as well as following up on inbound leads given. You will have a key part to play within the growth of the company and be excited about the possibility of career progression within this SAAS / Technology organisation.

The Candidate

To become a Player Manager, you should have experience being a player manager / team leader within an organisation within the SAAS / Technology industry. Your time spent within your last role should have been a mix of leading a team of individuals whilst also participating within the daily sales. You should be interested working within a dynamic team of individuals who enjoy the aspect of this 'work hard, play hard' organisation where you are rewarded for the hard work you put in.

The Package

As a Player Manager, you will be rewarded with up to £45,000 for the basic salary with uncapped commission bringing 1st year OTE at around £60,000. With a corporate package added on top.
