SAP Administrator (Temporary)

An amazing temporary to permanent opportunity for an experienced SAP Administrator to join a market-leading, global business based in Birmingham.

Hours of work:
- Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm
Duties to include;
- Efficiently and effectively enter, process and follow up all orders placed by customers using SAP
- Stock reconciliation
- Invoice processing
- Booking stock in and out
- Co-ordinate with production, warehouse, haulage and all other operations staff members
- Deal with all sales order paperwork
- Producing paperwork for shipping
- Reporting and invoicing
Skills/Experience required
- Excellent communication skills and a clear and confident telephone manner
- SAP experience essential
- Previous experience in a sales order processing role
- Proven ability to work at pace
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong focus on delivery
- MS Office proficient
- Intermediate to advanced Excel user
- Demonstrable analytical skills
This is a 12 month temporary role.
